Veteran Nonprofit Leader and Fulbright Alumna to Lead Organization’s Next Chapter.
San Jose, CA — Dreamzilla is proud to announce the appointment of Sara Amberg as its new Executive Director. Amberg brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience and a deep personal commitment to our mission and the communities Dreamzilla serves. Sara assumed the position on July 1, 2026.
Throughout her career, Amberg has built organizations and programs alongside the people they serve, guided by the conviction that individuals deserve not only a voice in the systems that shape their lives, but the power to reimagine and transform them. Her work has spanned youth development, family engagement, food security initiatives, and other community-led efforts focused on creating equitable opportunities for all to thrive.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sara to the Dreamzilla family. Her vision, her track record, and her personal connection to our mission make her the ideal leader to carry Dreamzilla forward. We could not be more excited for what lies ahead and to see the impact she will bring.”
– Ken Loh, Co-Founder & Board Chair
Amberg began her professional life as an educator and writer, including service as a Fulbright Lecturer in Albania — an experience that profoundly shaped her leadership philosophy. She approaches her work with an emphasis on listening, collaboration, and creating space for others to share their ideas, stories, and strengths. She is particularly proud of her efforts expanding local AmeriCorps service and her tenure as board chair of the United Way in the Colorado mountains.
Amberg’s connection to Dreamzilla is both professional and deeply personal. As someone with neurodivergent family members, she has witnessed firsthand the creativity, insight, and resilience that neurodivergent individuals bring to the world. She is passionate about building pathways for neurodivergent people to lead, belong, and fully embrace who they are.
“I am honored to step into this role and to work alongside the incredible team and community that Dreamzilla has built,” said Amberg. “Neurodivergent individuals have so much to offer the world, and I am committed to making sure Dreamzilla continues to create the spaces and opportunities for them to thrive and lead.”

About Dreamzilla
Dreamzilla is a California-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote neurodiversity empower neurodivergent people to follow their passions, cultivate their unique talents and become their “biggest, baddest selves.” Neurodiversity is the idea that neurological differences like autism and ADHD are the result of normal, natural variations in the human brain. People experience and interact with the world in many different ways due to these differences and there is no one “right” way of thinking, learning, and behaving. Dreamzilla was founded by Kyle Loh, an autistic race car driver, to help others in the neurodivergent community realize their dreams and unleash their gargantuan talents into the world.
