Support Circles

Support Circles are virtual spaces where peers come together to share, listen, and support one another. They offer space for connection, where trust and understanding can grow naturally. It’s a place to hold what’s shared, and build lasting community.

Young Adults
Program

The Young Adults Program is designed to support neurodivergent young adults as they explore life, work, and relationships on their own terms.

Participants move through the experience at their own pace, with flexibility to engage with what’s most relevant to them. Each focus area offers something meaningful, whether experienced on its own or as part of a fuller journey.

Workshops

Interactive sessions led by neurodivergent facilitators who understand the unique ways participants experience the world. Workshops focus on practical skills that matter day-to-day, from managing time and money to navigating relationships and workplace dynamics. They aim to offer clear, useful strategies that can be adapted to fit different needs. The goal is to help build confidence and momentum through real-world learning that respects individual rhythms.

Professional Mentorship Network

The Professional Mentorship Network connects neurodivergent young adults with mentors working in related fields. Mentors in this program are professionals across a range of industries who identify as neurodivergent. They offer insight, support, and perspective. They also understand what it means to navigate professional spaces while managing things that don’t get listed in a job description, but shape how we show up at work.

Individualized Coaching

Using goal-setting and life planning frameworks- like SMART goals, the Wheel of Life, and GROW coaching- participants are supported in making choices aligned with their values and strengths. The process emphasizes self-trust, practical planning, and steady progress without judgment.

Funded Project

Project-based grant for participants interested in developing creative projects, strategic initiatives, or community-centered efforts. We support endeavors that grow from lived experience- especially ones that serve or speak to the neurodivergent community. This space encourages action that invites connection, impact, and a sense of shared purpose.

High School
Program

Today's high schoolers are navigating an increasingly complex transition into adulthood. Many  neurodivergent high schoolers are stepping into college, work, and life without the tools they need to stay regulated, communicate clearly, and manage their time and energy in healthy ways.

Dreamzilla's HS Program supports that transition by giving students the tools to lead themselves and relate to others with clarity, care, and confidence.
