Dreamzilla Scholarship Policy
Purpose of Policy:
This Scholarship Policy for Dreamzilla, Inc. (this “Policy”) sets out the procedures that Dreamzilla, the Dreamzilla’s Board, and any Board established Committees must follow in promoting the Dreamzilla Scholarship Program (the “Program”), reviewing applications, selecting Scholarship recipients, and reviewing awardees’ adherence to the Scholarship’s conditions. Compliance with this Policy ensures that the Dreamzilla Scholarship program is conducted in an objective and nondiscriminatory manner, in line with the Dreamzilla’s philanthropic priorities, and in compliance with applicable Internal Revenue Code sections and Treasury Regulations.
Program Mission and Goals:
Dreamzilla’s mission is driven by our unwavering commitment to empowering and supporting neurodivergent individuals in their pursuit of professional dreams or personal fulfillment. We recognize that neurodivergent students bring a wealth of unique perspectives, talents, and innovative ideas to the community. Therefore, we aim to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential.
Through the Program, we seek to advance Dreamzilla’s charitable and educational purposes by:
- Removing financial barriers that often hinder neurodivergent individuals from advancing in their chosen fields
- Easing the burden of educational and professional development costs, allowing neurodivergent individuals to focus on their studies, personal, and professional growth.
- Creating a supportive network that fosters the well-being, self-confidence, and sense of belonging for neurodivergent individuals.
- Rewarding and celebrating the accomplishments of neurodivergent individuals who demonstrate outstanding achievements, creative thinking, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities, to encourage them and others to continue pushing boundaries and breaking stereotypes.
- Raising awareness and promoting a deeper understanding of neurodiversity within our institutions and society at large.

The Program will be administered under the ultimate supervision of the Dreamzilla Board of Directors. Initially, the Board will vote on the award winners based on the criteria and application provided above. The authority of such Committee will be determined by the Board resolution establishing the Committee and any further resolutions approved by the Board.
The Dreamzilla Board expects to consider applications on a rolling basis, and, at the beginning of each fiscal year, will set a target number of grants to distribute.
