Young Adults
Program

The Young Adults Program is designed to support neurodivergent young adults as they explore life, work, and relationships on their own terms.

Participants move through the experience at their own pace, with flexibility to engage with what’s most relevant to them. Each focus area offers something meaningful, whether experienced on its own or as part of a fuller journey.

Support Circles

Support Circles are virtual spaces where peers come together to share, listen, and support one another. They offer space for connection, where trust and understanding can grow naturally. It’s a place to hold what’s shared, and build lasting community.

Workshops

Interactive sessions led by neurodivergent facilitators who understand the unique ways participants experience the world. Workshops focus on practical skills that matter day-to-day, from managing time and money to navigating relationships and workplace dynamics. They aim to offer clear, useful strategies that can be adapted to fit different needs. The goal is to help build confidence and momentum through real-world learning that respects individual rhythms.

Professional
Mentorship
Network

The Professional Mentorship Network connects neurodivergent young adults with mentors working in related fields.

Mentors in this program are professionals across a range of industries who identify as neurodivergent. They offer insight, support, and perspective. They also understand what it means to navigate professional spaces while managing things that don’t get listed in a job description, but shape how we show up at work.
